Administrative Services Manager

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Administrative Services Manager is responsible for liaising with Board of Directors, providing Executive Assistant support to the CEO, and supervising Anchorage front-office environment. The incumbent will need to possess a strong commitment to professional relationship management, a critical eye for detail and organizational skills, and an upbeat positive, can-do attitude.The incumbent actively manages the exchange and reporting of information between Board of Directors and CEO. As such the incumbent will possess an enthusiastic, independent, and dedicated level of professionalism to provide high-level support. Success will require the incumbent to possess exceptional skills in: written and verbal communication, inter-personal relationships, project and time management, and planning. Join us!
This is a full-time position located in Anchorage.


To compete for this position, candidates must possess:
 At minimum, an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or similar field is required. Baccalaureate degree preferred.
 Two (2) years progressively responsible experience in Board of Director management or Executive Assistant capacity.
 Experience in health care organizations, particularly tribal health, is preferred.
 Experience with rural cross-cultural settings is preferred.
