Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant
Job Summary:
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership and technical staff within the Tech2 Solutions Water Program. This role ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day program activities by supporting project deliverable preparation and submittals, managing vehicle fleet logistics, and assisting with key program management office functions. The position also supports functional areas such as finance, purchasing, and human resources through data management, reporting, and process coordination. This position plays a vital role in designing and improving administrative workflows, generating a variety of documentation using specialized software, and collaborating with other administrative professionals to meet program objectives. Adherence to all health and safety policies is essential, along with flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Support executive leadership with day-to-day management of the Tech2 Solutions Water Program
• Support technical staff with the preparation, reproduction, and submittal of project reports and other deliverables.
• Administer T2S vehicle fleet by coordinating with vehicle custodians and maintaining vehicle logs
• Assist the Program Management Office with the formal submittal and tracking of project deliverables
• Perform various activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources, or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
• Use software for functional areas to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to achieve overall program objectives.
• Design processes to enhance workflow.
• Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
• Comply with all health & safety policies and practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism, sensitivity and tact, in all contacts with the public and employees, including high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Necessary skills: advanced word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database management.

• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks according to importance.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented project environment.
• Familiarity with the LANL site and work environment is preferred.
• Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and orders.
• A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
• U.S. Citizenship required
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties and responsibilities is acceptable.
• Career level determined by years of relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
