Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization’s recruitment and retention strategies by working in close coordination with Human Resources, hiring managers, and candidates to provide an exceptional pre-boarding experience for current team members and new hire employees. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the majority of communication and coordination with candidates on completion of their pre-employment and new hire requirements. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator III will be responsible for verifying clinical competencies and maintaining competency documentation in accordance with The Joint Commission standards.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and completes all Talent Acquisition (TA) requirements for internal and external candidates.
Communicates with candidates and hiring managers on status of candidates.
Acts as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers on the completion of onboarding, pre-boarding, cross-boarding, and pre-employment requirements.
Organizes and tracks candidate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug test completion, required certifications, and pre-employment paperwork.
Provides recruiting and staffing logistics.
Maintains employee records and assists with TA data entry.
Assists with updating job postings and making requisition updates.
Coordinates candidate communication with orientation, training and Employee Health teams.
Assists with scheduling Basic Life Support class attendance.
Responsible for complete and accurate pre-employment and competency documentation.
Performs primary source verifications of candidate licenses and certifications.
Demonstrates excellent follow up skills and attention to detail.
Provides assistance to TA Consultant as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Non-supervisory - Two (2) years of human resources experience or experience working closely with employees, candidates, students, or equivalent. Equivalent education, training, or similar experience may be substituted for relevant experience.
Depending on education and work experience, the annual salary range is: $51,200 - $63,000
