Arctic Slope Regional Corporation
Incumbent constructs, erects, installs, or repairs structures and fixtures made of wood, including; concrete forms, structural and metal insulated panel construction, building frameworks, partitions, joists, studding, and rafters; and wood stairways, decking, window and door frames. Provides support to all aspects of the jobsite and work with sub-contractors to keep the job moving forward.
Project is located in Napakiak, AK and will begin in Summer 2024 and be complete by Summer 2025. The work hours will be a baseline of 6 days per week 10 hours per day. Increase or decrease in work hours will be adjusted throughout the project dependent on construction activities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to safely perform the essential functions of this position. Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs minimum at all times. Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.

The work environment is in a busy construction setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually varies. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and will be required to travel in small and large commercial aircraft.
