Purpose:
Teya Development Company, LLC (Teya) is seeking a full-time Payroll Supervisor to support the Payroll Department based in Anchorage, AK. Incumbent is expected to have extensive experience and knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and Payroll best practices to identify, set up, and monitor payroll system configuration and updates, ensure accurate processing of multi-state/multi-company payrolls, ensure government contracting/payroll requirements are met, and recommend/oversee process improvements.

To be successful in this role, the Payroll Supervisor will need to apply their knowledge of Payroll/Costpoint best-practices to ensure the timely resolution of problems to best meet the needs of the company. The employee will be held to performance standards in numerous areas including performance, attendance, attitude, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
