What You’ll Be Doing
Grounds & Site Maintenance
Perform manual labor including lifting/moving materials
Rake and care for leaves, shrubs, plants, trees, and flowers
Weed, mow, thatch, seed, and maintain lawn areas
Provide snow removal and winter grounds care
Assist with janitorial tasks and general property sanitation
Performs general labor duties including debris removal, trash hauling and disposal, and site sanitation.
Equipment & Safety
Operate and maintain lawn tools and mechanical equipment
Safely apply treatments and sprays, prune shrubs and trees
Maintain work sites in organized, clean condition
Follow safety protocols and report any issues to the supervisor
Collaboration & Other Duties
Work closely with other department staff as needed
Receive assignments via written or verbal instructions
Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Ability to work independently and also with other team members

We’re seeking a dependable, physically capable individual who thrives working outdoors and understands the importance of safety and quality workmanship. You take pride in what you do and bring a strong work ethic to every task.
The Basics:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous yardwork experience and use of lawn equipment required
Ability to lift 70-100 lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
Knowledge of building maintenance and safety precautions
Valid Driver’s License.
