Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant | The Foraker Group | Anchorage, Alaska | Hybrid   

The Position & Opportunity  

The Foraker Group seeks a customer service and team-oriented Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant with great attention to detail who is looking to join a vibrant, supportive team doing dynamic accounting work in support of Alaska’s nonprofits. The ideal candidate will be collaborative and flexible, have excellent organizational skills and follow-through, and enjoy a fast-paced, highly varied suite of accounting duties. This position is responsible for providing excellent service, processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for nonprofits and tribal organizations across Alaska.

Compensation  

The hourly rate is $23 to $26, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position could be hybrid with a minimum of 20 hours per week spent in the Anchorage office.

The Foraker Group offers a competitive benefits package that adds an additional 26% to the position’s total compensation. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA contribution, generous PTO, 403(b) with employer contribution.
