Job Title: Maintenance/ Engineer – Remote Lodge Chinitna Bay

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a remote lodge in Chinitna Bay. This is a unique opportunity for an adventurous individual who is ready to live-in and thrive in a challenging but rewarding environment out in the woods of Chinitna Bay.

Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and repair on lodge facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep.
Monitor and maintain heating, power, and water systems to ensure consistent operations in a remote setting.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of equipment and lodge infrastructure.
Assist with seasonal preparation tasks (e.g., winterization, snow management, supply inventory).
Respond promptly to any urgent repairs or emergencies.
Support the operations team in maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for staff and guests.

Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related trade.
Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a remote setting.
Physically fit and capable of handling outdoor work in extreme weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Willingness to relocate seasonally to a remote lodge location.
