Operations Assistants work closely with the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager to ensure critical timelines are met, operational controls are in place and daily branch functions are completed. If selected for the FNBA Operations Assistant role, you would welcome customers to the branch, deliver consistent and exceptional customer service by building and deepening relationships by uncovering their needs and recommend the best products, services and solutions to meet those needs. Position will also coach, mentor and supervise employees.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:30am-6:30pm, some Saturdays
Salary: $25.15/hour minimum. Job/salary offer would be commensurate with experience.
