Under the general direction of Systemwide Maintenance Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects, including design, development, front-end loading (FEL), procurement, contracting, implementation and turnover to Operations, and is accountable for the following:
Project management, engineering, operations and maintenance, and negotiation and management of major contracts and agreements. This position requires demonstrated ability to execute complex projects in the Oil & Gas industries. Incumbent must have excellent leadership, management and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple diverse projects that could be electrical, mechanical, piping, SCADA, instrument, automation, IT or a combination of any or all of these.

Position Description: This position is responsible for overseeing the inital development and design for TAPS modifications including procurement, contracting, construction, start-up, and turnover to Operations. This position requires demonstrated project management skills and technical knowledge relevant to design and construction. Incumbent must have excellent leadership, management, and communication skills. Ensures work activities are accomplished in a safe, efficient manner through upfront planning with engineering and procurement resources, as well as managing implementation contractors for timely deployment of resources.
