Afognak Native Corp. has an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Technician to join our team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving, reviewing, troubleshooting and entering vendor invoices and employee travel expenses.
• Responsible for daily cash requirement listings to ensure that all expected payments are scheduled.
• Responsible to distribute all vendor payments bi-weekly.
• Responsible for vendor account reconciliations
• Maintain electronic filing system as well as special projects
• Other duties as assigned.

Payrate: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• H.S Diploma or equivalent required.
• Should have at least two (2) to three (3) years of accounts payable experience.
• Must be a detail oriented team member who is comfortable in a fast paced open environment.
• Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency is a must.
• Knowledge of CostPoint is a plus.
