Working with and through a team, the Information Technology Technician is responsible for supporting EAT’s network and systems infrastructure, telecom, audio/visual systems, hardware and software applications and health information technology necessary for business operations. Ensuring network and systems are reliable and secure is crucial. This is no small feat considering the number of facilities, their remote geographic locations, and the inherent logistical challenges. Strong technical skills in Windows Server and Workstation, networks, software applications, A/V, telecom and health information systems, combined with a can-do attitude and organization skills are critical for success.

The incumbent will support IT team efforts to assure quality service and support for all facilities throughout the region. This assumes the ability to encourage and sustain positive interpersonal relationships while achieving business objectives.
