PND Engineers is looking for a motivated Accounting Technician who enjoys coming to work each day knowing their contributions directly support more than 130 employees and managers across all of our offices.

What You’ll Do

Lend support to the accounting department and its specific areas of Accounts Payable, Billing, and Project Management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and friendly service to  vendors and project managers. This is a great ground-floor opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility, and making an impact in supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• An associate’s degree in accounting. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in general accounting duties. Education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Hands-on experience with project accounting software; familiarity with Deltek Ajera is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Attention to detail, dependability, and strong organization skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive records.
