Donlin Gold: Prep Cook - Remote Camp Services

Assist in preparation of Freshly Baked Goods, breakfast, lunch and dinner to the residents of a remote site work camp.
This is a rewarding position for those who love to prepare and serve baked goods of all types, by scratch, and cook the "most important" meal of the day – Breakfast!

The successful Prep Cook will:

• Prepare/Present/Serve Delicious Vegetable/Starches/Sides in quantities per menu and number of persons to be served.
• Prepare/Lunch and Dinner Sides/present excellent specialties to provide for variety.
• Assist the Head Cook with Dailey activities as assigned to shift.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure food safety, a safe workplace, and positive team atmosphere.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with laws, regulations, company vision, values, guiding principles, and policies and procedures.

Prep Cook must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

In addition to the duties performed, the individual must be able to physical and mentally work away from home, family and friends for extended remote rotation.

Education and/or Experience Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Formal craft training is preferred.

Food Worker Card Required
Valid Drivers’ License and clean driving record may be required
First Aid Certification may be required
CPR Certification may be required
