Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is hiring an Abatement Technician I-II to help remediate methamphetamine-contaminated units and restore them to safe, welcoming homes for our residents. This role is a unique blend of specialized cleaning, containment, and minor remodeling work. You’ll be part of a team that’s committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and property care across our housing portfolio.

*The posted salary range reflects more than one position, from Abatement Technician I to Technician II. Placement within the range will be determined based on the level of the position offered, as well as the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
