The Alaska Institute for Justice (AIJ) is hiring an Executive Director to lead its mission of promoting justice and equity for underserved communities, including immigrants and Alaska Native populations.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about the mission, have at least 10 years leadership experience, be licensed to practice law in Alaska (or have the ability to become licensed within 6 months), and have experience in strategic planning, financial management and fundraising. AIJ headquarters is located in Anchorage, Alaska. The annual pay range for the Executive Director is $145,000-$155,000.
