Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Ability to work under general direction and make independent decisions as necessary.
• Excellent customer service and public relations skills, including a high level of phone etiquette and in-person reception skills.
• Confidentiality and professionalism is required at all times.
• Effective and timely communication skills.
• Attention to detail and timeliness in completion of assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of databases and computer programs.
• Basic fiscal skills.
• Ability to use computer scheduling programs.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Preferred Experience & Education:
Prior work in an office setting preferred but not required. Required Experience & Education:
High school diploma or GED and enrolled in UA System.
Salary Information:
This is a part time, temporary, non-exempt, student worker position. New hires will be placed on the https://www.alaska.edu/hr/benefits/compensation/files/FY24-Student-Pay-Grid.pdf.
