Ecofocus of Alaska has a job opening for a full time Water Restoration Technician throughout the Anchorage, Eagle River and Matsu Valley. Pending on work-related experience in the field, our team can train the right person. Pay rate will be determined upon experience and offering $20.00 to $35.00/hr and $500.00 sign on bonus after 90 day probationary period. What we do:
We are an Alaskan owned restoration company that restores/mitigates both residential and commercial properties after disasters happen such as fire, water, sewage, and mold damage. We are an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) business and offer 24-hour Emergency Mitigation Services.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 1/yr experience in the construction and/or restoration field.
• Valid Alaska Driver’s License without a driving record beyond misdemeanor.
• Clear a background check.
• Have basic knowledge of using hand/power tools and be comfortable using them.
• IICRC certification preferred, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must be able to bring and use your own hand tools on job site. Large or specialty tools and equipment are provided.
• Can lift & move 50+ pounds and able to bend, squat, lift, twist, sit, walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel,
crouch, or crawl for extending periods of time.
• Ability to organize time efficiently, work with minimal supervision, be self-directed, work independently and a
team player.
• Perform and work a flexible schedule that consists with overtime/weekends/holidays as needed.
• On-call weekly rotations after hours and weekends.
