Floor Associates are responsible for providing A+ customer service. Duties include:

• Greeting all customers in a courteous and conversational manner in-store, on the phone and at events.
• Providing information and connecting customers to appropriate products around the store, events, training groups and community resources.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, serving multiple customers at a given time.
• Performing a gait analysis, using company tools to identify solutions for the customer.
• Fitting customers for footwear, replacement insoles, and performance socks.
• Regularly stocking product on the floor and merchandising as necessary.
• Clean customer-facing areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing as necessary.
• Lifting cartons of physical inventory, moving displays, climbing stairs regularly.

Additional responsibilities include opening and closing the stores, transferring inventory between two locations, working event weekends and community events.
