CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OPPORTUNITY

The preferred candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, International Business or Operations Management from an accredited university
• Fifteen years of verifiable progressive experience in a C-level position with oversight of strategy, operations, business development and finance in a diverse operating company with a minimum $700M in revenue
• Demonstrated history of success leading and growing a large, complex corporation
• Verifiable track record working with senior leaders in government, SBA 8(a) and commercial contracting
• Familiarity with ANCSA, experience working with or for a Native Corporation, an affinity for and interest in Native culture and heritage
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, manage, and retain a leadership team and also staff
• Demonstrated ability to successfully work for and communicate with a Board
• A high level of financial and investment literacy
• Ability to obtain required security clearances
• Skills and experience in strategy and execution for growth, mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds, divestures, and institutional investment management
• Current Alaskan residency, or a former Alaskan resident looking to return
