Part-Time Night Monitor

Overview:
The Building Monitor is responsible for the nightly operations of our six apartment buildings and monitoring the safety of the inhabitants. The Building Monitor will work with the rest of our overnight team to monitor security cameras, patrol grounds, and the general cleaning and upkeep of the buildings and grounds. Building Monitor will also be responsible for calling in emergency services when necessary. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable with conflict, skillful in janitorial work and able to assess and deal with crisis situations in a calm and professional manner.

Salary: $17.60 - $19.80 DOE Non-exempt
