Accountant
Credit Union 1
Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting duties. Engages in accounting or finance projects as directed by the Accounting Manager or Supervisor. Provides a superior level of support to members and credit union employees at all times.
Qualifications for the position are an Accounting or other business-related degree or 3 years of equivalent accounting or related financial institution work experience. Must be very proficient with Excel and have strong analytical skills. Must also have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be detail oriented with good organizational skills. Responsible for abiding and complying with the policy for compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering laws and regulations (BSA/AML) and the policy for compliance with office of foreign assets control laws and regulations (OFAC).
This position may be filled at the I, II, or III level depending on the applicants experience and skill. This position is not eligible for remote work. Only applicants who meet the minimum requirements for the position will be considered for an interview. This position is open until filled.
