Our client, an international Exploration and Production Operator, is currently seeking a Contract Coordinator to join their Anchorage, AK team. This is an immediate opening with competitive pay, benefits package, and a matching 401k.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for administrative contract coordination and document control.
Skill Profile
- Oil & Gas Industry experience +5 yrs preferred
- Minimum of 1 year contract experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite required
- Proficient in the use of SAP systems (preferred not required)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and follow through skills
Detailed Responsibilities
- Bimonthly Contract Manager Report - monitor expiration dates, contract value and pending revisions.
- Assist Contract Supervisor with purchase requisitions – request HSE ratings, route/track documents for approval, draft PRs in SAP system.
- Assist Contract Supervisor and Production Manager with documentation for internal audits.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy contract files.
- Track Supplier Performance Reviews for all contracts and facilitate evaluations as necessary.
- Coordinate with Cost Administrator to identify rates not in the contract and notify Contract Supervisor.
- Create contract close-out documents and request signatures.
- Assist Production Manager with requests for signature and/or follow up.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- As needed, support Cost Administrator with creating Call offs.
- As needed, provide contract support to other departments.
