Summary of Job Responsibilities: 

Southcentral Foundation’s (SCF) Endpoint Administrator position is responsible for supporting computing devices used at SCF, including workstations, tablets, conferencing solutions, timekeeping, telehealth and environmental monitoring devices. 

This position is responsible for the processes that ensure offerings meet the needs of the organization in terms of performance and reliability as well as ensuring security standards are met. This position is also responsible for the systems used to support computing devices such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Imaging and Provisioning, Inventory Tracking Utilities, Task Automation (i.e. PowerShell, Bash, Python Scripting).

Qualifications:

SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; OR equivalent combination of relevant education and Technology experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as an Information Technology Technician II at SCF.
2. Three (3) years of experience with management of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.
3. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Endpoint Administrator Associate; OR obtain certification within 1 year from date of hire.

Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training.  SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.
