The Hospital Development Program Manager is the liaison between LifeCenter Northwest and our hospital partners. The Program Manager provides education and data to identify and develop strategies that focus on process improvement solutions to all levels of hospital staff to help improve donation outcomes. The pay range for this role is provided below. Where a candidate’s compensation falls within this range is based on several bona fide factors such as experience, tenure, and other specialized knowledge. LifeCenter Northwest is committed to providing its employees equitable and competitive compensation.
$66,122.00 - $95,904.00 Salary/year
