We are calling all Prep Cooks that are wanting to work on the Alaska Railroad!! Prep Cooks make $17.00 per hour
It's that time of year! Alaska Railroad Season 2022! Travel through the breath taking Alaskan wilderness as you gain valuable work experience and meet people from all over the world.
We are accepting applications for Prep Cooks. If you have not already gotten your application in for our Railroad Season, get them in NOW!
Our season runs May thru October 1st. Come join us on the train this summer!

The Prep Cook's responsibility is to assist the Lead Cook in accurately and efficiently preparing meats, sandwiches, salads, soups and other food products, as well as portion food products prior to cooking. Also performs other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing of all menu items. This position works 4-5 days a week 14-16 hours a shift. Expect to make 4 to 6 hours of overtime per shift. If you are looking to make great money while having the adventure of a lifetime, this may be the job for you!
