JOB STATEMENT/PURPOSE:
The Community Advocate position is currently scheduled for November 2021 – August 2022. There is a potential that this position will be extended and eventually become permanent.
Working with the On-site Program Manager leading the project, the position will be responsible for connecting Alaska Native women to available services that are intended for use by individuals experiencing homelessness, substance misuse issues, and re-entry after incarceration. May also collaborate with program staff in planning, developing, and implementing other cultural programs and activities.
