Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Senior Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership while supporting a wide range of human resources functions.
As a key member of the Human Resources team, you'll provide guidance on employee relations, recruitment, benefits, performance management, compliance, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, personable, and confident, with the ability to build trust, influence positive outcomes, and provide practical solutions while supporting both employees and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications
Six (6) or more years of progressively responsible human resources experience, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employment law compliance.
