About the Role
The Paralegal provides advanced legal and administrative support to ANTHC's Office of Legal Affairs. This role supports attorneys through legal document preparation, litigation and guardianship support, policy coordination, project tracking, records management, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare legal correspondence, contracts, pleadings, discovery documents, and other legal filings
  • Conduct legal research and support case preparation
  • Maintain litigation, investigation, and records management files
  • Coordinate policy review workflows and track related assignments
  • Assist with guardianship petitions and inquiries
  • Track legal projects, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Support audits, corporate filings, negotiations, meetings, and travel coordination
  • Manage departmental correspondence and administrative records

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Government/Political Science, Business, or a related field
  • Two (2) years of paralegal experience
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered
  • NALA Certified Paralegal (CP®) certification preferred
