Role Overview

You will resolve customer inquiries regarding irrigation products, orders, and logistics. This role requires technical aptitude, high empathy, and rapid problem-solving skills. You will work 100% remotely to support our clients during core business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues regarding irrigation equipment and specifications.
  • Manage and update customer tickets within our helpdesk platform.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to track and resolve order delays.
  • Guide farmers through our digital ordering platform and catalog.
  • Document recurring customer issues to help improve our product.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in remote customer support roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills or background in hardware/agritech.
  • Quiet workspace with high-speed internet and reliable computer hardware.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume ticketing queues independently.
