JOB SUMMARY:
The Tire Sales and Service Specialist plays a key role in expanding Brice Equipment’s market presence by driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering service support for commercial and industrial tire products and services. This includes tires, wheels, tracks, and related components serving the mining, construction, oil and gas, and heavy-duty equipment sectors.
This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across an assigned territory, with a focus on statewide coverage throughout Alaska. Drawing on a combination of technical knowledge, relationship management, and business development skills, the Specialist ensures customers receive high value tire products and services tailored to their operational needs.
The position is Alaska based and requires regular travel to customer sites across the oil and gas, industrial, and mining markets to provide expert consultation, product demonstrations, and hands-on service support.

The work environmental characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Brice Equipment has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Work will occur in a combination of home office, industrial facilities, mines, and construction sites. The position requires adaptability to different climates, site conditions, and work schedules, including occasional overtime and short notice travel for customer support.
