ASRC Construction Holding Company seeks a Compliance/Proposal Development Manager who is responsible for overall compliance for the shared services holding company and its subsidiaries; to include contract and regulatory compliance as well as administration of various socio-economic programs, including the 8(a) and/or HUBZone programs.  Additionally, the position manages and prepares all technical and written proposals, in response to client RFP and facilitates the company’s marketing and business.
