As a key member of our operations team, you will work directly with treatment equipment, chemical systems, and plant processes to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power generation. You will have benefits such as Retirement/401K, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Paid Leave, Flexible Spending, and Wellness Benefits. Join us in Healy, Alaska and make a real difference in the electric cooperative industry!

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring and adjusting treatment processes, maintaining pumps, valves, and piping systems, performing minor repairs, and supporting preventative and corrective maintenance activities. You will also conduct routine sampling and analysis (pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, etc.) to ensure system performance and compliance.
This role requires regular interaction with plant systems and equipment, including chemical handling, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and process optimization. You will work closely with operations teams to resolve issues, improve system performance, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
