The University of Alaska Fairbanks invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor rank in Business Administration, to begin in Fall 2026. Candidates are required to possess an earned DBA or Ph.D. in Business Administration or be ABD. Candidates are required to possess a DBA or Ph.D. in Business Administration or be in ABD (all but dissertation) status, or a closely related degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience teaching both in-person and online. Candidates with industry experience in human resources management are preferred.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Ph.D., DBA, or ABD required. HR experience is preferred.

 

Position Details:

 

This position is located on the Troth Yeddha' campus in Fairbanks. This is a 9-month, tenure-track, full-time appointment with a competitive salary and https://www.alaska.edu/hr/benefits/support/prospectiveemployees.php.
