Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
• Works under direct supervision of the Project Manager and/or designated representative.
• Ensures technical, quality, and compliance issues are reported, reviewed, and resolved in an efficient, controlled, and auditable manner.
• Reviews specifications and engineering drawings and documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and international rules as applicable.
• Provides quality construction engineering support and coordination to the project team, interfacing with existing facilities including but not limited to the full range of construction engineering/input.
• Performs site surveys to coordinate estimations of installation activities.
• Five (5) years of practical experience, to include electronics repair, maintenance, installation, system integration, equipment testing and inspection.
• Capable of leading a small group (1-3 people) and safely handling power and machine tools.
• Experience with Automated Tank Gauging (ATG), Independent Alarm Systems (IAS), Overfill Protection Equipment (OPE), Hydrant Fueling Automation Maintenance (HFAM), Hydrants Equipment Monitoring Interface (HEMI) industrial networks, and supervisory control systems is preferred.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience.
• Requires a strong understanding of discipline.
• Able to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems and develop recommendations.
• Makes decisions within broad parameters.
• Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience.
• Previous work with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Army Corp of Engineers (ACoE), or other government agencies in these areas is a plus.
• This position will be performed remotely by telecommuting at the discretion of the Team Manager. Travel will be required with frequency and duration to be determined..
• Must have demonstrated experience in at least two of the following: Veeder-Root TLS, Ronan X76CTM, ENRAF 854, Enraf 954, ENRAF 818, MTS Level Plus-M, MTS Level Plus-Tank Slayer, and PLCs (Allen Bradley, SE Modicon, Emerson-GE, Siemens, Idec, WAGO).
• Must have demonstrated experience in at least two of the following communications media: Dial-up modems, lease line modems, Ethernet to analog converters, fiber optic cable, wireless communications.
