Klawock Heenya Corporation – General Manager

Klawock Heenya Corporation is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager (GM) to support the Corporation’s mission and long-term growth. The GM will work closely with, and under the direction of, the Chief Executive Officer to drive strategic initiatives, oversee business operations, and identify opportunities that strengthen the Corporation’s financial and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leadership in business development and operations, a strong understanding of strategic planning, and the ability to execute complex projects that support the Corporation’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO to design and execute business development goals and objectives that align with the Corporation’s mission and strategy.
• Lead projects and manage day-to-day business operations.
• Develop and implement new business plans and strategies to improve growth, cost savings, and productivity.
• Provide expertise in planning, project management, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or operations.
• Demonstrated success in a senior operations or business development role.
• Thorough understanding of government contracting and experience with the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program.
