We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to assist customers through real-time online chat support. This role involves responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a calm, professional demeanor when handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming live chat inquiries.

  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, order status, account support, and general questions.

  • Manage multiple chat conversations at once while maintaining accuracy and quality.

  • Document interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.

  • Provide clear instructions, solutions, and follow-up when necessary.

  • Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and policies.

  • Deliver a positive, helpful, and friendly customer experience in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or similar roles preferred.

  • Excellent written communication and typing skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage several chat sessions simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, chat platforms, and online communication tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
