We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. In this role, you’ll assist customers through live chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional support experience—no phone calls required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude

  • Document interactions and update customer records as needed

  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, satisfaction ratings, and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus but not required

  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (recommended: 40+ WPM)

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines
