Itinerant Community Health Aide/Practitioner
Schedule: On-call in various communities, Based out of Anchorage, AK.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent desirable + CHA training, Certified CHP preferred.

Provide direct therapeutic and diagnostic patient care, health promotion, disease prevention and clinic administration. Must be able to travel to various communities to provide coverage when regular CHA/P is in training or on leave. Complete job description available upon request.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent desirable + CHA training, Certified CHP preferred. Must have an interest and desire to provide health care. Willingness and ability to travel to provide coverage in Aleutian and Pribilof Islands communities. Must have good writing, reporting, mathematics, and record keeping skills. Must have interest and knowledge of Alaska Native life-styles. Salary DOE based on level of training/experience. – DOE + benefits.
