General Functions:
The Case Management Supervisor manages Victim Services Case Management Program, providing supervision and leadership to assigned staff while ensuring comprehensive support services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, and dating violence. This position coordinates participant services, ensures program compliance, and develops community partnerships to advance CITC's mission of working with our people to develop opportunities that fulfill our endless potential. The role requires strong leadership abilities, cultural competency, and dedication to supporting Alaska Native and American Indian communities through trauma-informed case management services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide leadership to assigned staff including talent acquisition, performance management, professional development, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Provide oversight and ensure compliance of case management and intake services, monitoring quality standards and program effectiveness.
- Create an environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction through effective supervision and professional support.
- Ensure the effective operation of the Case Management system.
- Supervise and assign case workload distributions to Case Management staff, ensuring balanced caseloads and appropriate service delivery.
- Collect, analyze, and report participant data, grant progress, statistics, and all documentation required by grantors and leadership.
- Maintain relationships with local service providers, community committees, and advisory teams while documenting meeting outcomes and action items.
- Attend program meetings, agency trainings, professional development opportunities, and relevant conferences to maintain current knowledge and best practices.
- Assist with program budgets, grant compliance, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Coordinate with Senior Manager to develop program policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality according to regulations, policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Assist with special projects and perform all related duties as needed and assigned.

- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple activities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the social, educational, training, and cultural needs of the Alaska Native and American Indian community.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with diverse stakeholders and community partners.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Continued employment is contingent upon completion of satisfactory state and federal fingerprint criminal background check.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Vocational Education, or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Three (3) years of experience with civic affairs, community groups, governmental agencies (City, State, and Federal), and community organizations.
- Two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
- Must be willing and able to travel.
- Valid Alaska driver's license and insurable under CITC's automotive insurance, which requires a driver to be at least 21 years of age and have had a driver's license for at least three years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
- Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in victim services, advocacy programs, or trauma-informed care.
- Grant writing and management experience.

- May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and consistently working on a computer with repetitive motion.
- The need to occasionally move around the office to access filing cabinets, storage cabinets, and office equipment may be necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally by utilizing proper lifting techniques and working in a safe manner.
