We are Hiring an Executive Assistant to Join Our Team!

First National is seeking a self-motivated, resourceful individual who possesses good organizational and communication skills to support the Senior Vice President our Wealth Management and Trust Services Department by:

• Managing day to day administrative functions such as phone calls, expense tracking, coordinating meetings, calendars, SVP travel, all correspondence and inter-bank communications
• Organizing and managing all reporting – monthly, quarterly and annually
• Tracking data, researching supporting data and preparing visual presentations for staff meetings
• Assisting with coordination of team building events and training

Salary: $30.40/hour minimum. Job/salary offer would be commensurate with job level and experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
