Position Overview:
Now we are looking for the newest member of the Wilderness Medical Staffing team! The Healthcare Staffing Account Executive's mission is to exceed our clients’ expectations by proactively assessing their staffing needs and efficiently filling their vacant jobs with excellent medical providers. Equally important, we need someone who will develop relationships and maintain high levels of trust and rapport with clients and medical providers.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently fill vacant positions with excellent medical providers
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with healthcare facilities and providers
• Ensure the integrity of our data by following all staffing checklist steps and documentation protocols 
• Contribute to the strategic plan for our staffing department
• Work cohesively with all of WMS’s departments

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates who live in Alaska or the Pacific Northwest are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

• Experience in the healthcare field
• Track record of success in previous positions
• Excellent computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office

Remote (Work-from-Home) Requirements:

• Must be able to work and keep normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM Pacific Daylight Time).
• Dedicated work-from-home space (quiet, private).
• Must have high-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements.
• This is a remote position. You must be a self-starter who is disciplined and able to manage a busy schedule without direct, in-person supervision.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $75k-$80k DOE
• Additional Compensation: Quarterly profit sharing
• Benefits: Package that includes health insurance, a great PTO plan, a retirement plan with a 4% match, a paid day off for your birthday, and an annual in-person team retreat!
• Hours: 40 hours per week
