Job Position: Human Resources Director
Location: Rural Alaska
KW Consultants is recruiting for a Human Resources Director. We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client. Selected candidates will receive additional information as the search develops.
Human Resources Director will lead and direct routine functions of Human Resource (HR) department- including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits and leave. Other duties will include: recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new staff in department; overseeing daily workflow of department as well as supervising Human Resources Assistant. Experience with Tribal governments preferred.
