Sales & Support Administrative Assistant

We are searching for an experienced Sales & Support Administrative Assistant at our Sun Mountain facility. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

The Sales & Support Administrative Assistant’s job is to ensure that all sales & support staff have a thorough knowledge of MTA’s products, services and customer support.  The Sales & Support Administrative Assistant role is responsible for supporting sales & support functions, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and well-maintained office supplies.   

SPECIFIC TASK DESCRIPTION

  1. Generate and compile daily, weekly and monthly sales and support reports.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the Sales and Support management team.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions and support metrics.
  4. Pull and review daily agent call recordings to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
  5. Provide feedback and reports on call performance to the Sales and Support Management team.
  6. Assist in training and development initiatives based on call analysis.
  7. Monitor and mange office supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
  8. Place orders for office supplies and equipment as needed, staying within budget constraints.
  9. Maintain organized storage areas for office supplies.
  10. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Sales and Support team.
  11. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary materials.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service via phone or email, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  13. Assist in ensuring customer records and databases are up to date.
  14. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  15. Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Sales and Support management team.



Required Qualifications:

 

 

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably with a sales or customer service environment.
  3. Excellent organization and time management skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  9. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
