Customer Contact Center Agents assist customers and prospective customers via phone and email from a centralized customer service center by providing account and bank services information, accepting and processing various transactions, and transferring inquiries to appropriate bank departments. The successful candidate will have two years customer service and/or call center experience. Financial industry experience including familiarity with bank produces, services and procedures is preferred.If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this may be a great opportunity for your career growth.

Salary: $22.25/hourly minimum. Offer would be commensurate with job level and experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-6:00pm open/close rotation; rotating Saturdays
