Facilities Maintenance Technician II

Use prior facilities maintenance experience to work independently and with other skilled technicians with the installation, maintenance and minor repair of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and equipment. May lead large to small projects with general carpentry and minor building construction and renovation work and maintain and repair bank facilities.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Must be able to travel and be available on call at times.
Valid Alaska Drivers' License Required
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of verifiable facility maintenance experience.
