Under the general direction of the Executive Assistant, the primary function of this position is to prepare and distribute incoming mail and processes outgoing mail for ASRC and subsidiaries. The activities include: (1) preparing postage and dating materials; (2) picking up mail, freight, and Goldstreak; (3) tracking and sorting incoming mail; (4) hand delivering mail; and (5) delivering money bags.
The scope of the position includes: (1) exchanging simple information with various people internally and externally; (2) performing assignments for ASRC building, Bank building, the Igloo building, Top of the World Hotel, and Eskimos, Inc.
