The Kuskokwim Corporation is hiring a temporary Office Worker (must be 16 years of age or older) in Aniak, AK.  The Office Worker will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Will be responsible for supporting Administration and Shareholder Outreach Departments as well as Education Foundations. Position will assist with special administrative projects, create and organize memos, reports, and other documents. 

Duties/Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages, scan & email documents
• Minimal office cleaning and organizing as needed
• Filing 
• Taking inventory of building supplies and order as needed.
• Organizing Tribal Library materials 
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Punctual, honest, and responsible.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). 
• Able to multi-task.
