Enrollment Services comprises of Admissions, Financial Aid, Military & Veteran Student Services, and the Registrar. Student Ambassadors help welcome students into our office and help promote UAA through tours and events.

UAA Student Ambassadors must be enthusiastic and dependable supporters of UAA and out mission to recruit and retain students. They should be willing to work with a diverse student population. Student Ambassadors should posses organizational, active listening, and problem solving skills, as well the ability to display enthusiasm, passions, and energy about being a student at UAA.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a UAA student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours in the Spring of 2024 or enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for the upcoming Fall 2024 semester. Students are not required to take summer courses for student employment.

Preference will be given to those with computer skills and data entry experience preferred and/or customer service experience.

Must be enrolled with a minimum of 6 credit hours and have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.

Position Details:

This position is located at the University of Alaska campus in Anchorage. This is a part-time, non-exempt student position, up to 20 hours a week with starting pay of $14.96 per hour.
