Job Title: Ahtna Language Apprentice
Department: Ahtna Language and Culture Lifeways

What We Are Seeking: A self-motivated professional to perform research and data entry to populate our website with Ahtna language materials, including videos, audio recordings, and language curriculum.
Additional Responsibilities: You will assist the Ahtna Language Specialist with creating Ahtna language learning modules on the 7000 Languages website for future use by Tribal citizens and the public.
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check: This position requires you to complete and pass a pre-employment state and federal background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
AN/AI Preference: As allowed in P.L. 93-638, preference for employment will be given to Alaska Native and American Indian peoples.
